if you want to know how I personally train – this is it. This is my own powerbuilding program I run myself. It's a no BS plan I run in 6 week blocks that's helped me hit HELLA PRs. It focuses on progressive overload in both strength and reps and targets different moves to get stronger in.

3 upper body days + 2 lower body days
